This Cookie & Tracking Policy explains how the iQuli app and our website at iquli.com use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy.
iQuli is operated by Teknosparc LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14615978. We use only a minimal set of these technologies, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad networks.
1. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Local storage and similar technologies allow apps and websites to store small amounts of data on your device — for example, to keep you signed in. We use the term "cookies" loosely in this policy to cover cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used by the app and website.
2. What we use and why
We group the technologies we use into two categories: strictly necessary and analytics.

3. Strictly necessary vs analytics
Strictly necessary technologies are essential for the Service to work — for example, keeping you signed in. These cannot be switched off within the Service, as the app would not function without them. They do not require your consent under data protection law.
Analytics technologies are optional and rely on your consent. They help us understand usage patterns and improve iQuli. We only use these where you have consented, and you can withdraw consent and disable them at any time.
4. How to opt out
- Firebase Analytics: analytics is off until you consent. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time in the app's privacy settings. Once analytics is off, we stop collecting analytics events from your device.
- Browser settings (website): most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the website or app from working correctly.
- Device settings: your device may offer additional controls to limit diagnostic or analytics sharing at the operating-system level.
5. No advertising or third-party ad networks
iQuli does not use advertising cookies, advertising identifiers for ad targeting, or any third-party advertising networks. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for cross-site or cross-app advertising.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie & Tracking Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Please check back periodically to stay informed.
