Effective date: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iQuli mobile application and our website at iquli.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Teknosparc LTD ("Teknosparc", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14615978.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, including details about your subscription, auto-renewal, limitations of liability, and the law that applies.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.
iQuli is a cognitive training app offering brain-training games and exercises for general wellness and entertainment.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. iQuli is intended for adults, and the Service is not directed at children. By creating an account or using iQuli, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account has been created by someone under 18, we may suspend or close it and will delete the associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To access most features you must create an account using Firebase Authentication (email or Apple Sign-In). You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
iQuli offers two tiers of access:
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price of the plan you selected. See Section 5 for how to cancel.
This disclosure is provided prominently and before purchase, consistent with UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on auto-renewing subscriptions and the consumer-protection requirements of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA), as those provisions come into force. By starting a subscription or trial you confirm that you have read and understood these auto-renewal terms.
All payments for iQuli subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on the platform you use. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details. Your purchase, billing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to the terms of the relevant app store, in addition to these Terms.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant app store and must usually be made directly to Apple or Google. Except where a refund is required by applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under UK and EU law), subscription fees are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU law. This right may be lost once you begin using digital content with your consent during that period. Where this right applies and has not been lost, you can exercise it through the relevant app store or by contacting us at contact@teknosparc.com.
The Service, including all games, software, text, graphics, designs, logos, the iQuli name and wordmark, and all related content, is owned by Teknosparc LTD or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of any data you provide. By using the Service, you grant Teknosparc a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and use your data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results from using iQuli will be achieved. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
If you are a consumer, this Section does not affect your non-waivable statutory rights.
As stated in Section 2, iQuli is a wellness and entertainment product and is not a medical device. We make no clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims. Any general statements about cognitive engagement or mental exercise are for entertainment and wellness purposes only and are not medical advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, although if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at contact@teknosparc.com so we can try to resolve it informally. We aim to respond to all complaints promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it may be referred to the courts as set out in Section 14. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from pursuing any rights or remedies available to you as a consumer under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business.
